2 Week Commercials Self-Tape Check-in/Intensive

This class is taught by Rob Brownstein!

How are your self-tapes going? Do you feel you’re getting the most out of them and putting forth your best work? Or are they sometimes opportunities for high anxiety?

This class is a focussed check in on specifically your tapes - how you’re putting them together, how you’re responding to casting’s requests, how casting is evolving with requests, needing a reader or not, specific tips, and your actual acting - does it  sometimes get overshadowed by the taping demands? 

Also, of course,  the logistical stuff - eye-line, framing, background, etc.

In this format, you’ll be sent an audition request from me which you’ll tape and send in and we’ll watch and dissect together as a group in class.

Class size is limited and open to actors over 18 with or without representation.

All classes are held at 200 S. La Brea, Wednesday's January 22nd & 29th with a final class as a Q&A with Ross and Alyson in person TBD in March. (Q&A will be every other month)

Please note: We do not offer makeup classes because we cap the class size so that all students have the maximum amount of time with the instructor.
